Risotto with Mushrooms and Cheese

Last night I created something that will be served up again. Risotto is time comsuming to make, but well worth the effort. I changed a risotto recipe to fit what I had laying around my pantry. It turned out really creamy and tasty with a wonderful blend of flavors
