Utter Hopelessness

Utter Hopelessness…right now that’s the feeling that courses through me with the speed of slow flowing molasses…suffocating, smothering, painful…and deadening.

I had my Food Stamp review today…I don’t understand the system, and I know arguing with it won’t get me anywhere…but being honest didn’t either.

I filed my paperwork with proof of my existence, my daughters’ existence. [...]
